We offer a multi-level solution that helps synchronize the work of each participant in the investment process.
Investors get online access to their portfolios with the ability to assess the investment value here and now (daily NAV). Analysts can use a convenient tool to find new companies through an automated project pipeline filtering system. Lawyers can conduct investor onboarding remotely, as well as store all the necessary project documentation. CFOs can easily monitor current financial condition of the portfolio: both from the level of holding structures, and at the level of each portfolio investment.

There are more than 80 partners at iTech Capital today, and the number is constantly growing. We are well familiar with the concepts of daily communication with co-investors, as well as with the need to answer seemingly simple questions about the state of the portfolio, reporting & new transactions in a professional manner. There is no single product on the market that is easy to use both for the key person and his or her employees. Many are forced to use the whole “zoo” of information systems, that rather than ease, complicates the investment process. Many employees depend on their managers, who, in one way or another, control family office management issues, which, in turn, creates additional risks for key persons and investment portfolio managers. In today’s volatile geopolitical world, KYC procedures are becoming an investor nightmare, and the costs of administrators, accountants, and lawyers are beginning to exceed any reasonable limits. All of this has inspired us to create a product called AIRR that can solve many of these operational problems and significantly reduce bureaucracy in creating and managing an investment fund or family office.

Originally, AIRR was built for our own needs within iTech, while we’ve been solving one issue after another: investor capital accounts tracking, portfolio companies monitoring and BI, valuation and audit, pipeline generation, KYC/AML coordination, etc. We didn’t try to “reinvent the wheel”, but always focused on two key aspects. First, integrate the best software available on the market in its segments (CRM, BI, accounting). Unlike 99% of the market players, we don’t suggest our customers give up their legacy software and move to our platform. On the contrary, we suggest you keep using your original accounting systems, while we take care of the integration to help you get the right data in a single portal. Secondly, we tried to maintain the right balance between simplicity and functionality. On the investment management application market there are two types of solutions: either simplified applications where it is possible only to look up the structure of a stock portfolio, or expensive and complex “fund ERP”s which, with all the necessary add-ons, will cost from US$70-100K a year. In this case, private equity firms like ours and small family offices usually need something in the middle.
In the AIRR platform, we only kept what is really necessary for a small PE/VC fund. At the same time, we’ve built a “single command center” for UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners), where you can instantly get basic information on the fund, as well as delve into details on each investor/company/transaction if you wish. In the future, we plan to expand the functionality of this “command center” by adding products that investors usually have in their portfolios apart from private investments: Real Estate, public equity, and debt, investments in other funds (Funds of Funds), etc.”.
